At No Duff Boot Camp we offer Military style training sessions on weekdays and weekends for all levels of fitness.  We have an expert team with a vast experience in physical training and weightloss management to help you achieve your goals! We aim to kick start you into a totally new healthier way of thinking thus giving you a solid foundation to change your life for good!!


No Duff Boot Camp Instructors coach you to complete a diverse list of exercises that will strengthen your endurance, cardio levels, core stability, strength and general fitness. The intensity of our sessions has been carefully designed by our experienced team of military and ex military physical trainers, who have years of experience working and training in our British Forces.


During the sessions you will be asking your body to do things that you’d never thought possible, and you will be pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve. 

Since No Duff Boot Camps first session in April 2016, we have been honoured to help many ladies and gentlemen of all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes achieve their goal of losing weight. Our boot campers leave us feeling fit, healthy, revitalised and rejuvenated. We do not claim to be a quick fix, for us it is about training your mind; as well as your body, so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. 


No Duff Boot Camp is not just about weight loss; our clients come to us for a number of different reasons. We have helped ladies overcome: low self esteem, relationship break ups and so much more.


We pride ourselves at No Duff Boot Camp in making group sessions as personal as possible for our clients.  Therefore we limit the numbers in each session in order to achieve this. Unlike many other camps who regularly book 30 clients per session with only one instructor, we keep the numbers low in order to achieve a personal feel.  This ensures all our clients get value for money and and a great experience.
