Our 6 week weight loss package is designed to help you drop the lbs and kick start you back into a healthy lifestyle! 

No Duff Boot Camp's distance training is done online!  On signing up to this plan you will be given a unique username and password to access you own personal training and nutritional plan on the go!

 

Our six week weightloss package includes all of this!

  • Introductory Skype consultation (up to 45 mins) to discuss your requirements and explain how we work.
  • Complete weigh loss training schedule tailored to your specific goals and to fit in with your lifestyle.  It doesn’t matter if you don’t have access to a gym, we can work round that.
  • Full nutritional advice and planning.
  • Weekly Skype catch-up (up to 30 mins) to discuss your training, nutrition, and for us to advise on any changes to your program.
  • Unlimited access to us via email, so any queries just get in touch and we'll respond ASAP.

Our Monthly Plan is designed to help you build on your current fitness level, or kick start you into fitness!

No Duff Boot Camp's distance training is done online!  On signing up to this plan you will be given a unique username and password to access you own personal training and nutritional plan on the go!

 

Our Monthly Plan includes all of this!

  • Introductory Skype consultation (up to 45 mins) to discuss your requirements and explain how we work.
  • 3 x Progressive training Sessions uploaded per week to your personal folder tailored to your specific goals and to fit in with your lifestyle.  It doesn’t matter if you don’t have access to a gym, we can work round that.
  • Skype catch-up (up to 30 mins) at the 2 and 4 week point to discuss your training, and for us to advise on any changes to your program.
  • Unlimited access to us via email, so any queries just get in touch and we'll respond ASAP.

Please Note - We work with a maximum of four distance clients at any one time, so please check availabilty with us prior to booking.  Everyone’s weight loss will depend on their height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) and how physically active they already are. If you put in the effort and work to the best of you're ability for the duration of this program, as well as following the nutritional advice, you will see results.
